What Could Bleeding While On Birth Control Pills Suggest?

I am on expired birth control and had started bleeding for some reason, the day after i was bleeding i had sex he came in me i kept taking my pill and stopped bleeding three day later. About a week later i had sex twice both times he came. I am now bleeding. What does the bleeding mean and could i get pregnant?
