What Could Blisters On Groin Area Suggest?

Hi There,
I have blisters on my groin area and they have started to burst and cause open sores. They are preventing me from moving as they are very sore. I have been to the doctors and they sent a swab from one of the blisters away to check what my condition is but it has recently become very sore and i am becoming worried.
