What Could Breathing Issues With Abnormal Breasts And High Bp Indicate?

For the past 2 weeks I have been hungry to the point of being sick to my stomach. I have had a hard time catching my breath when I walk and my breast have gotten a size bigger in the past two weeks as well. I got my last period on Feb 9th, but it was shorter and lighter than normal. I am always tired and have heartburn. I got my tubes 'banded' after my daughter was born 5 years ago. I only want to eat veggies and chicken, which is not normal for me. I have had my blood pressure checked and it was 75/115 which is higher for me, I am usually 60/100 which is very normal for me. Any ideas on what I can do would really help.
