What Could Breathing Issues With Sore Throat And Cough Suggest?

I have been having trouble breathing for a few months now. Feels like sand in my chest. Then just yesterday I started to get a sore throat that extended down into my chest, coughing which is painful. Breathing doesn't feel great either And I'm coughing up dark green phlegm from my chest. The best I can describe the phlegm is a dark olive green with chunks. It doesn't feel after a couple of days as though it's getting any better either.
