What Could Brown Discharge With Cramps Suggest?

hello, just today, I wiped myself and brown stuff was on the tissue and I am cramping a little. My period just ended about a week and a half ago. I have had unprotected ex with my boyfirend and used the morning after pill twice... could you please let me know what this is? there is no dicharge, just brown stuff
