What Could Brown Itchy Spots On Groin Suggest?

Hi, I have brownish spots on my groins both sides. They are under the skin, not raised or itchy. I have had them for 3 months now. They are round in shape, approx15 mm in diameter. I also have a very sensitive lympth node on my hip that has excrutiating pain for about 20 sec if I hit it. It seems to be similar to the case above "Hello, I have brownish spots on my groins both sides. They...." except that I am a guy. Any ideas?
