What Could Brown Spots On Penis Shaft Suggest?

hi, I have a small brown spot on the underside of my penis where the shaft and head meet. I guess it would be the circumcision line. It is very small and does not seem to hurt when touched neither is it puss filled. I am concerned, what might this be?
