What Could Brownish Pink Spotting With Light Bleeding During Periods Mean?

I am 21 years old. In November of 2010 I had a tubal pregnancy. My cycle isn't due until the 7th of April. On the 3rd and 4th I spotted...it was like a brownish pink color and it stopped on the night of the 4th. On the afternoon of the 5th i bled really light...I have been feeling really nauseous for a week. I haven't crampped or anything. What is wrong with me?
