What Could Bulky Uterus, Thick Endometrium And Cyst In USG Report Suggest?

Hi Doc, My mother got operated MRM (left side) post breast cancer diagnose in April, 2007. On 08/04/2011, USG revealed that all the organs are normal in shape and size, but uterus found bulky with thikened endometrium (17mm) with multiple small cysts. What could be this problem?
