What Could Bumps On Abdomen ,penis & Butt Region Suggest?

My boyfriend is 23 years old and he had these 2 red pimple like bumps on his lower abdomen. He popped them and these hard white things came out and the bumps went away. Now he keeps getting them and a new ones come everyday (all of them having these hard white things inside) and now they are appearing on his penis, ball sac, and his butt. I keep telling him that this is not normal and to see a doctor. What are these bumps and what should he do?
