What Could Bumps On Ear In Infants Suggest?

my 18 month old daughter has purplish bump near her left ear. it's been there for 2 months now and thought she hit herself and blood clot but it wont go away and wondering is this something to be concerned about. it seems like it got bigger. It doesnt really bother her when you don't pressure on it
