What Could Bumps On Fingers With Swelling Suggest?

Hi doctor I am going through menopause. One mont ago little bumps on my fingers only one finge day by day mostly all my fingers both my hand hurt very bad and swollen pockets of liquid under the top off the bottem. Of my. Fingers. I had blood tests Oo ra no gout they dont no what it is. They did find very low cortisone levels I don't no what that means. Aim going for more blood work next week.
