What Could Bumps On Inner Labia Suggest?

Hi, I have a huge bump on my inner labia that seems to be growing in size. I've taken Epsom salt bath and applied some polysporen on it but it doesn't seem to help. It hurts alot where I can't get to sleep? Should I just wait it out or go to a doctor?
