What Could Bumps On Throat And Swollen Lymph Nodes On Neck Suggest?

I have red bumps on the right side of my throat. I have had these for some time now and I have been tested for strep and it came back negative. I also have a slightly swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck as well but no pain in bumps or node. What could this be? It s starting to worry me because the bumps are not going away.
