What Could Bumps Under The Pubic Skin Region Suggest?

Ive been getting these bumps under the skin in my pubic hair region. Ive always shaved and these are not razor bumps. They look like little white spots then when you squeeze them a round, clear "blackhead like" structure comes out and then the area bleeds very heavily. This is concerning me because they are unusual bumps. They do not hurt or have any strange color or redness.
