What Could Burning Lips With Sensitive Skin Suggest?

hi, my lower lips and month areas are feels like burning. i have really sensitive skin and i cannot use any foundations. some reason some very tine white stuff came out in my lower lips area. don't know if i have allergy reaction or from my make up
