What Could Burning Sensation In Breast With Sweating Suggest?

Hi, when i drink alcohol any sort I get a burning sensation under my boobs in the middle really sharp deep pains and I also get really hot and sweat and have to wait for it to just pass which usually takes about 30 mins nothing else helps this i dont no what this means could anyone please advise greatly appreciated. Thankyou.
