What Could Cause A Hand-sized Abdominal Rashes With Small Red Horseshoe-shaped Welts That Burn And Itch Despite Antifungal Cream?

I have a rash approximately the size of my hand on the center of my abdomen between bra line and belly button . It looks like multiple small horseshoe shaped red welts on the skin mimicking actual tiny horseshoes. There are approximately 10 little notable shapes. It just appeared one afternoon and I’ve had it about a week. It didn’t itch at first but after I started to put the RX cream for potential ringworms, it started to burn briefly then itch and then nothing. Once a day it would feel sore, burn itch and then nothing again. It’s very bizarre. Can anyone help?
