What Could Cause A Headache Lasting 4 Days, Triggered By Slight Breezes, After AC Exposure?

Was feeling hot so I turned on the AC few min later I felt my face was heating up and a severe headache, my eyes felt like bursting out and I felt nauseous. After a while everything went away except for the headache and it’s been 4 days now it comes and goes. It will get triggered if I’m exposed to the slightest breeze. What is it and what do I do? Please help
