What Could Cause A Large Black-and-blue Spot With A Small Red Center On My Arm?

Hi, i have a large black and blue spot on my arm, I thought I just bumped it on something, but my neighbor said I must have gotten bitten by something because there is a small red spot in the middle......??? It s not red at all, not hot, not infected....
