I have had a pain in my lower right abdomen. Pain been coming and going for a few months. Recently the pain has been very regular. Feels like a bad bruise or - tender to touch. I can feel a lump in that area. Generally feeling drained of energy and unwell. Today, feel a burning sensation in the area surrounding the lump. Burning is radiating down to the hip and up to ribs.
