What Could Cause A Prickly Feeling And Occasional Bleeding On The Outside Of My Vagina?

hi, my vagina has a prickly feeling on the outside and it sometimes bleeds what causes that? if you could get back to me on that would be fantastic thanks again for your help and support.. Do you think it would have to do with me having some sugar in the morning? do you think that would cause that to happen? How do i get rid of the damn thing?
