What Could Cause A Recurring Dull Ache In The Lower Right Abdomen For About A Week?

I have had a subtle, recurring pain in my lower right abdomen. It has been happening for about a week now. The pain isn t sharp - its more of an ache - and its mainly focused on the same small place. I have no bulge, so I dont think it s a hernia. It doesn t hurt when i press on the area. The pain sometimes occurs in the lower middle of my abdomen and the left, but mostly the right side.
