What Could Cause A Young Adult Woman To Have Crawling Pain From Elbow To Head That Worsens With Eating, Leading To Panic And Vomiting?

Assalam o Alaikum, Sir, She is 22 years old , She has no any Mental issue , She feels pain Crawling from the right near elbow goes to back of head like heart beat low and high, low and high crawling ( from near right hand elbow to back side of head. Please suggest me anything , and she feels this pain slow all day but when she eats something she vomits because pain increase she feels panic in stomach and vomits , she feels high pain ( mentioned above and panic both ) and vomits then feels some relax but this feeling doesn t end after vomits , please guide me
