What Could Cause Abdominal Pain?

i have abdomenal pain on the right side for 5 days and on the 6th day it was gone..i got discharges on my undies too. i suspect i have a raptured ovarian cyst. 2 years ago i have a surgical procedure to remove a life threating ovarian cyst, is it possible that this i am suffering right now could be the same one i have 2 years ago? but i have different situation.
