What Could Cause Blood Or Brown Discharge On The Tissue After Urinating Years After Stopping My Period Permanently?

Hey, I got my period cut off permanently because when I was on it I bled way too heavily but that was like 2 or 3 years ago.I don’t know if that has anything to do with what’s going on now but my problem is when I urinate after I wipe myself blood is on the tissue. Could you tell me why do I bleed when done wiping ? Also sometimes it’s brown looking stuff.
