What Could Cause Bright Red Vaginal Bleeding After A Hysterectomy With Ovary Removal?

Hi, I’m having some bleeding, bright red, from the vagina. I had a hysterectomy, including removing the ovaries, over 35 years ago. I discovered it about a half hour ago, when I turned to flush the toilet and saw the blood on the toilet paper and in the water.
