What Could Cause Chills, Mild Kidney Pain, Nausea, And Brown Bleeding During Sex Given My History Of Kidney Issues?

I keep getting chills and my kidney hurts a little bit and everytime I get out of bed I feel like imma puke and I don’t know what’s wrong. I have kidney issues: kidney stones,kidney infection, and when my boyfriend and I have sex there’s brown blood all over his penis and brown blood all over me.
