What Could Cause Constant Headache With Slight Nausea?

Hi, I have had a headache for over a week now and a slight feeling of nausea, but it hasn't affected my appetite and I am still eating. I keep fit and eat sensibly. I work with computers and have recently had my eyes tested. Looking at the screen hurt my eyes and I feel generally a bit sick all the time.
