What Could Cause Constant Ringing And Echoing In My Ears, Worsening From A Heartbeat Sound At Night To Affecting My Hearing And Concentration?

There is this ringing voice in my ear! At first i only heard it when i went to bed and it is quiet! It sounded like heartbeat sound. But now there is this echoing ringing in my right ear sometimes in the left most of the time! At times i cant even hear or concentrate on things!
