What Could Cause Constant Upper Right Abdominal And Back Pain With Mildly Elevated WBC And CRP While Having A History Of Fatty Liver?

Hi I’m 45 and have mild fatty liver, I had kidney stones removed around 10 years ago and also my gallbladder, over the last few weeks I had been getting a dull, sometimes quite painful feel in my upper right quarters main just under my side ribs and towards the back, so far doctor has no idea and doesn’t think liver, urine tests are clear, bloods show wbc 13 and crp 9, I have a scan ultrasound booked in for 5th May but am worried sick it may be a type of cancer? Any idea of what my pain could be? It’s always there but just fluctuates from being mild to very sore
