What Could Cause Continued Bleeding Despite Getting Cleaned After An Abortion?

Hi doctor. I had abortion on the 15may iv bleeded for a months I went to see gynecologist they told me I need to be cleaned I went to see doctor and get to sonar and get cleaned on June now we are on July I m stil bleeding. I don t know what I should drink or take to stop the bleeding
