What Could Cause Delay In Periods?

Hello, I had sex with my girlfriend on the 16th of March. The next day she took a NextChoice morning after pill and had her period 7 days later (2 weeks early). It is now April 23rd and she has not had her next period (it has been 28-29 days). Should i be worried? Please help. She does not seemed worried.
