i am 13 and i have extra skin hanging WAY down below the lips of my vigina and i went to the dr and my dr said it was normal and will go back he said that it happens to pregnant wemon and always goes back i have never had sex or any kind of sexual activity but i was wondering is my dr right i have a appointment with him next month.
