What Could Cause Extreme Vaginal Sensitivity And Small White Soft Beads After Frequent Sex?

Hello, asking for my girlfriend, but we’ve been having a lot of sex this past week, and during our last time she was beyond sensitive, she cried whenever I was halfway in, and when I pulled out she had these small white soft beads that were inside her vagina, and i was wondering if anyone has any advice or knows what’s going on?
