What Could Cause Growing And Increasing Number Of Bumps On The Inside Of My Wrist?

I HAVE THESE BUMPS ON THE inside of my wrist that started small and they are getting bigger and multiplying and migrating over night what are these bumps their not very painfull but at this rate my wrist will be covered in a week .Sorry for such along write up about my wrist just dont know what to do.
