What Could Cause Headache And Stiff Neck After Squeezing Acne?

I just tried ti squeeze my acne (you know the type that is caused by an uncured cavity - tat kind of acne) but it was too much under my skin, so I couldn't pierce through it. However, I heard a breaking sound (like if you were to squeeze a bag of water inside of another bag. Instantly I got a massive headache and my neck is all stiff, Could this be something serious and dangerous? Could this pimple bee an infection I just spread all over my head? Or is it impossible the headache is connected and it's somehow a coincidence?
