What Could Cause Hyperhidrosis?

I am experiencing hyperhidrosis recently...for the past few months now. My seborrheic dermatitis is also flaring incredibly, which had previously been under control w/ combined Noritate and Elidel creams, day and night. It feels allergic, with lots of itching and nasal drip, but blood tests and chest Xray all come back clear. I am suffering mostly w/ self-esteem problems from these conditions, but the sweating is debilitating in other ways, too, as is the constant itching and burning of the dermatitis. What is going on? HELP!!!!! (P.S. I have a dermatology appt. in 10 days, but really I feel this may be systemic in nature...glandular?) I am 40, 5'3", 118 lbs., and they ruled out hormonal causes.
