What Could Cause Infertility Showing A Small Right Hydrosalpinx And Left Peritoneal Contrast Spill?

Hi have done HSG scan,and it showed Normal endometrial cavity. Small right terminal hydrosalpinx. Loculated left peritoneal contrast spill due to fimbrial adhesion. Have tired to conceive for almost 2years but haven t got pregnant,,what might be the problem. And what can I do to conceive
