What Could Cause Intermittent Vibration Sensations In The Groin Area, Especially When Bending Or Changing Positions?

Hello, I am a 59 year old female experiencing an intermittent vibration sensation in the groin area. I notice it more when bending forward but does occur with position changes. I can’t seem to find any information on the internet and a note to my physician was essentially dismissed.
