What Could Cause Itching Of The Penis, Urethra, Scrotum, Groin, And Fingers With Small Spots And White Fluid?

Hello, please I m suffering from penis, urethra and scrotum itches. And also under my scrotum in-between my legs itching me with small spots. I also have that small itching spots on the back of my index finger but that one have small white liquids in them. Please can you tell me the causes of that.
