What Could Cause Left-sided Abdominal Pain With Bloating And Mild Constipation A Few Hours After Eating?

So, i had spaghetti for dinner and about 20 minutes later i felt my stomach start to hurt and i took a gas ex. 3 hours later stomach still hurts in my left side looking down at my belly button. Its been another two hours and i still hurt. Slight constipation as i havent pooped in the time since the pain started, though its only been 5 hours. Also, slight bloating in the pain spot.
