What Could Cause Lifelong Nasal Congestion, Morning Coughing With Chest Pain, And Recurring Nasal Sores Despite Few Infections In Adulthood?

I m a 25 year old female. As a child, starting as early as 4 or 5, I was always going in and out of my doctors office for strep, URIs, and tonsillitis. In my teens the infections nearly stopped, same into adulthood, but since then I have been ALWAYS congested. I can t breathe properly through my nose for this reason, making sleep hard. I have a terrible cough in the morning, mostly coming from deep in my chest and causes chest pain and a terrible headache from coughing so much. I ve been diagnosed with bronchitis more than once, most recently in 2017 where the infection was debilitating enough where I couldn t properly work. I also always have sores, cuts, and scabs in my nose that itch frequently and can be very painful. I m not sure what this could be (if it is anything), and the X-ray that was taken of my lungs they just looked for the bronchitis I had.
