What Could Cause Menstrual-like Cramps With Intermittent Spotting Two Weeks After My Period?

I need help, i had my period about 2 weeks ago and then late last week i started getting menstrual like cramps, they hurt but no too bad, shortly after i started spotting. Continued on and off for about 4 days. But fir the last 2 days there has been no blood but the pain has multiplied. What could be the cause of this? And how can i remedy this at home.
