What Could Cause Movement In The Abdomen, Excessive Salivation And Headaches After An Abortion?

Hi, Good day, I had a medical abortion 2weeks ago for a 6weeks pregnancy I bled for 4 days, but i still feel movements in my stomach, i have saliva in my mouth, constant spitting and headache, could I still be pregnant? Was the abortion successful? Thank you for your quick response
