What Could Cause New And Chronic Severe Allergies To Raw Fruits, Vegetables, And NSAIDs?

i recently developed an allergy to most raw fruits and veggies. Namely and most severe in order is bananas, grapes (equally extreme level 1 all symptoms ) then tomatoes, apples, melons and lettuce and other salad additions and citrus ( mostly mouth throat and ears itching with congestion, sneezing then stomach upset) what is causing this? It’s been just over 7 months since onset. Last year I also became severely allergic to nsaids (naproxen, ibuprofen and aspirin) with all level 1 symptoms. What happening to me?
