What Could Cause Painless Abdominal Lumps Under My Right Rib Cage That Develop Internal Bruising And New Similar Bruises With Lumps?

Had a lump on abdomen (for weeks and not painful), under right rib cage, which later got a bruise on it. I did not hit it on anything that I m aware of. This bruise lasted for close to 2 weeks and is still there. Yesterday, I noticed 2 or 3 more such bruises and with lumps underneath them. The bruising seems to be coming from the inside.
