What Could Cause Painless Pus-like Discharge From The Penis Despite Completing STD Treatment?

Hello, please what can be the cause of pus coming out of my penis, I took all medical prescription for STDs but still discharge comes out of my penis but I have no pain at all. Sometime the discharge looks like pre ejaculation. Can this be kidney issues thanks
