What Could Cause Patches Of White Skin On The Leg Despite Using Tacrolimus Cream?

My daughter , age: 5.5 years She has growing white patches in leg some areas (little) We have consult doctors and provide her Tacrolimus cream to use but the problem dont go and increasing day by day. Doctor said it is vitiligo. So any treatment option for vitiligo from ayurveda.
