What Could Cause Penile Shrinkage And Loss Of Sensation With Erectile Dysfunction In Someone With Diabetes?

I am 41 years old, married with a kid. I am a diabetic for last 11 years. Hba1c level is 7.5, Fasting Sugar level is 180 and PPBS is 240. T3/T4/TSH is within limits. My main problem is my penis is getting shorter day by day and have no feelings. Complete erectile dysfunction. Pls suggest.
